One of the major causes of Blood pressure and sleeping disorder issue is sleeping with head in North direction. If possible, try to sleep keeping your head in East direction and feel the difference in a night. Best direction to keep your head is East, followed by West and finally South. North direction is worst to keep your head while sleeping. This due to magnetic force of earth which affects all biological bodies. 

If you don't have bed position according to requirement, try to keep your head opposite to north as much as possible.
